Jim Harris

Serial entrepreneur: founder and senior executive of 8+ early-stage technology companies with multiple exits. Jim has started companies as well as joined ones that were 1-3 years old, adding C level expertise to current management teams. He has P&L experience at large firms and emerging brands in Software, Audio, EdTech, FinTech, Government, Insurance, Transportation, and more. He also has a significant venture capital and fundraising track record. Jim currently is the principal of JN Harris & Associates, helping startups launch, fund and grow their ventures.

Bill Gaussa

Senior level executive that has successfully developed early-stage innovations into successful new global businesses within the medical, software (AI and Data) and telecommunications fields. His unique experience as a marketing and technology leader includes driving internal accelerators to identify and advance the best ideas, crystalizing key value propositions and market winning product roadmaps, leveraging AI and Data to create unique competitive advantages, and deploying solutions in multiple global markets.

Doug Hitchcock

Creative, innovative, and hands-on. Built a global reputation for results in building new marketing initiatives for the past thirty years. From his large corporate experiences, he has leveraged that knowledge to drive branding and sales growth in small companies. He has a natural curiosity for seeing problems through the customer’s eyes. His creative yet analytical mindset allows him to help business leaders solve complex market problems including competitive and customer market research, positioning of products including hardware and software solutions, and hands-on launch and commercialization programs.

Dale Mesnick

Strategic, analytical finance and operations leader with over 30 years of success driving growth, mitigating risk, sourcing capital, and increasing profitability in highly competitive industries. Extensive expertise across strategic and financial planning, treasury and cash flow management, contract negotiation, budgeting, compliance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and general operations.

Dennis Clemmer

Dennis Clemmer retired from MicroFocus Software as their CTO – Alliances, bringing over 20 years experience in the software technology industry. Throughout his career he has developed and led worldwide technical sales teams, and negotiated, built, and led multiple worldwide channels and alliance organizations. Additionally, he also brings extensive experience in developing and leading market and product strategy, product management, and R&D strategy. As a result of his broad experience, early stage software and technology companies have been able to develop scaleable strategies that will position them for future success and allow them to rapidly expand across the U.S. and abroad.

John Markt

For the past 30 years he has co-owned and successfully managed two executive search firms. More recently Markt & Markworth LLC, a boutique executive search firm that conducted C-Level executive, senior management, scientific, research and legal searches for organizations of all sizes, public and privately held throughout the USA, Canada and Europe. He has also been a trusted advisor for several successful private family-run businesses going through initial start-ups, growing pains and generational transition. In his earlier career he performed as a senior Human Resource leader for Fortune 500 Companies in the Metals, Process Automation, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical industries.

Parker Pieri

Parker uniquely combines an ability to focus on both the big-picture vision and functional details that move businesses toward smooth, streamlined performance. He is known to maximize profits and drive growth by creating efficient business processes within every segment of the organization. Parker demonstrates solid strategic leadership and interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with founders, CEOs, boards of directors, equity partners, and all levels of management and staff. He has proven success in business planning, financial management, financial controls, change management, and team building. Parker has dynamic CFO/COO experience in finance, accounting, tax, operations, international, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, franchising, energy, fertilizer, public accounting, and non-profit.
