Ok, so what do we mean by the starting step of “research”?
Plug and Play Partners will start by doing a series of interviews with your leadership team. We want to look at your company both internally as well as your public face (web site, social media, collaterals). After our primary research, we will sit down with you to make sure we have the complete picture and how best to move forward in support of executing a growth plan.
Beyond research, how will Plug & Play “Execute” a game plan?
Plug and Play Partners works directly WITH your executive team to drive a growth plan. We are not consultants that produce a plan and leave your c-level executives to drive the plan.
