His leadership encompasses change management, release management, security assessments, systems integration, enterprise application packaging and distribution, help desk support, and software development. His comprehensive understanding of the landscape ensures that every facet of a project is expertly managed. As a Program Manager, Keith also played a pivotal role in writing technical proposals for numerous government contract bids. He has certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Agile Program Management (CSM and LeSS).
Keith’s career began as technical support for the National Guard, where he honed his skills in computer systems infrastructure, end-user computing, Active Directory, and enterprise support. After this experience, Keith supported the monumental Social Security Administration (SSA) migration from NT 4 to Active Directory.
