Keith Richardson has extensive experience as Program Manager in various government contracts. His leadership encompasses change management, release management, security assessments, systems integration, enterprise application packaging and distribution, help desk support, and software development. His comprehensive understanding of the landscape ensures that every facet of a project is expertly managed. As a Program Manager, Keith also played a pivotal role in writing technical proposals for numerous government contract bids. His ability to articulate complex technical solutions with clarity and precision has been instrumental in securing projects that drive growth and innovation. He has certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Agile Program Management (CSM and LeSS).
Keith’s career began as technical support for the National Guard, where he honed his skills in computer systems infrastructure, end-user computing, Active Directory, and enterprise support. His commitment to mastering his craft propelled him to the forefront of technology solutions. After this experience, Keith supported the monumental Social Security Administration (SSA) migration from NT 4 to Active Directory. His track record led him to systems integration work at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) where he connected disparate components into a harmonious whole mirrored his approach to program management – bringing together diverse elements to achieve a unified goal.
Beyond his career, Keith’s life is a testament to balance and vitality. Growing up practicing martial arts, he embodies discipline and resilience. His love for skiing in snowy mountains and his passion for running and fitness exemplify his pursuit of both mental and physical strength. Keith and his wife Melissa cherish their time swimming, hiking, and indulging in the joy of movies.
