Bill Gaussa

Bill is a senior level executive that has successfully developed early-stage innovations into successful new global businesses within the medical, software (AI and Data) and telecommunications fields.  His unique experience as a marketing and technology leader includes driving internal accelerators to identify and advance the best ideas, crystalizing key value propositions and market winning product roadmaps, leveraging AI and Data to create unique competitive advantages, and deploying solutions in multiple global markets.

Bill’s add-on experience includes Program Management, Technical Team Development and Refinement (Design, Architecture, Research), Clinical Engagement and Validation, Investment Pitch and Business model development, Lean Startup Methodology. 

Bill has leveraged his passion for the past 10 years into Mentoring and Coaching several early-stage startups to first commercial launch, being a Board Member and Advisor on multiple global innovation programs, and more recently teaching classes at several universities.   

He has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Software Engineering.
