Parker Pieri

Parker is a senior executive with dynamic CFO/COO experience in finance, accounting, tax, operations, international, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, franchising, energy, fertilizer, public accounting, and non-profit. He has extensive leadership experience with organizations including private equity portfolio companies, publicly traded entities, and not-for-profits, ranging in size from smaller family-owned businesses/franchises to large global multi-billion-dollar companies. Parker previously owned a CPA practice, providing expert financial advice and CFO advisory services to small businesses in various industries including manufacturing, construction, printing, distribution, and franchising. He also has experience as a business owner/operator when he owned a Comfort Keepers franchise. Parker is currently the principal of Diamond Pi Business Advisors, Powered by CFO Hero Inc., which provides CFO and business advisory services to enterprises from startups to mid-market companies.

Parker has an MBA from the University of Houston, and he graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis. Parker is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He previously earned his Certified Franchise Executive designation. Parker resides in central Texas with his wife, Ruth Ann. They have two grown children, and they enjoy hiking, bicycling riding (Parker), horseback riding (Ruth Ann), and reading.
